Tim's work is excellent. He converted our loft for us. It has been done so sympathetically to the original 1900 building. Tim works quickly and to a very high standard. It was completed on time and cost exactly what we were quoted without any hidden extras. He has so much experience that he was able to tweak the architect drawings and plans (in consultation with us) to make improvements. He has also provided excellent after care. There have been a few times I have needed to call him and he has often come the same day to help. Absolutely fantastic service and very different to the experience other friends have had with their builders.
We are very happy that we decided to get our loft converted and we are very happy that Tim did it for us. I cannot recommend Tim and Harry highly enough.
Having dealt with a number of builders before, Tim Perris was recommended to me by a close friend. What stood Tim and his son apart from the others, is their total commitment, and the complete honesty in which they undertook the project. The workmanship is second to none, and was completed in no time at all.
I would highly recommend Tim and his team as they are one of the most trustworthy and dedicated builders I've used, with a good sense of humour which helps when timescales become tight.

"We had problems with the third party kitchen supplier, meaning that we needed help to fit the kitchen and fix an error in the design and Tim made himself available to come back many times to assist and he eventually resolved the issue for us alleviating our fears and finally completing the installation to a fantastic standard. Since our household is so busy with my husband and I working full time, Tim’s ownership and assistance was invaluable to us."
The work quality and attention to detail has been phenomenal and we are delighted with the finish. Tim provided us with a quote and project managed the whole build ensuring we stayed within the scope/budget he had forecast, completing our extension within 14 weeks (despite the Beast from the East descending (twice)!
